Community Guidelines

Effective date: 29 April 2026

These guidelines apply to all users of Bolo and are meant to keep the platform safe, respectful, and trustworthy for both job seekers and employers.

1. Be truthful

• Share accurate details about identity, experience, salary, and role requirements.
• Do not impersonate individuals or organizations.

2. Respect others

• No abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing language in voice or text.
• No threats, intimidation, or coercion.

3. No scams or financial abuse

• Do not ask candidates for money, deposits, or paid “registration” for jobs.
• Do not post fake jobs or fake candidate profiles.

4. Keep content lawful and safe

• No malware, phishing, spam, or illegal content.
• No copyright or privacy violations.

5. Platform integrity

• No scraping, automated extraction, or misuse of platform data.
• No attempts to bypass security controls or rate limits.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms. Serious violations may be escalated to legal authorities.
